Open for Business
We are delighted to announce that we have reopened and cannot wait to welcome you back.
We have been busy behind the scenes:
- Our factory, showroom and office have been deep cleaned and we now have a cleaning and hygiene policy in place to protect our customers and employees.
- All our workstations are all positioned 2 metres apart
- We take our employees temperature and complete a COVID 19 declaration to ensure no one who has shown symptoms enters the building.
- If you visit us, only one person will be allowed into the showroom at any time. We have disposable gloves and face masks available.
- We are back on the phones and cannot wait to speak to you.
- Online orders, emails and Facebook enquires will still be answered quickly.
- We offer mail delivery, contactless collection and finally personal shopping.
We just want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support during this time and while we are not out the other side of this pandemic yet we certainly are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel.

At the World Pipe Band Championships as well as other major championships in recent years, the combination of Shepherd Chanters and Reeds has been the predominant product of choice by successful bands throughout all 8 competitive grades.
As well as the pipe band market, you will also find our products heavily used on the solo piping circuit, and for the true enthusiast we compliment our range with Smallpipes and our brand new Highland Musette.
We have provided for your pleasure a few recordings in our Audio / Visual section, all featuring a range of Shepherd products. The recording of the World Pipe Band Championships is used with permission of KRL Records and PM Malcolm MacKenzie. Available to buy online.
